Returns Policy
Little IA World Garment Trading Co LLC is committed to offering high standards of quality and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted on eligible items within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
To initiate a return, please email support@little-ia.com., clearly stating your order number and reason for return with as much detail as possible. Please note that no return paperwork is included in your delivery.
1. Party Favours (Strictly Non-Returnable)
All party favours are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Due to the nature of these products (including customisation, event-specific production, and hygiene considerations), we are unable to accept returns once an order has been confirmed.
The only exception applies to items that arrive damaged or incorrect, in which case the claims process below applies.
2. Personalised Items
Due to the customised nature of personalised products, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where personalisation has been completed incorrectly by Little IA.
3. Sale Items
All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly personalised.
4. Return Conditions (Eligible Items Only)
Returned items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of receipt
- In original, unused condition
- With all tags intact
Items that have been worn, used, or altered (including removal of tags) will not be accepted.
Little IA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
5. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrectly personalised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear supporting images.
If approved:
- A replacement will be issued (subject to availability), or
- A store credit will be processed if a replacement is not possible
6. Shipping & Return Costs
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Exchanges require placing a new order and returning the original item for a store credit
7. International Returns
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements
- Items must be declared as “Return” when shipped back to avoid customs issues
- Any customs charges applied to returned goods will be refused by Little IA
- Little IA is not responsible for customs duties on returned goods under any circumstances
8. Store Credit Processing Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Store credit is issued within 24 hours
- A confirmation email will be sent once credit has been applied to your account
- Store credit can be used on any future purchase with Little IA
9. Returns Address
All returns should be sent to:
Office No. 1, Grand Stores Logistics Centre, DIP 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
10. Responsibility for Returns
We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service.
All items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by Little IA. We are not liable for lost return shipments.
11. Acceptance of Terms
